At Tathal Clothing, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully curated. We aim to deliver the highest quality, and your satisfaction means everything to us.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Slight colour variations due to screen differences
• Minor irregularities in weave or texture (these are natural in handwoven fabrics)
• Customised or made-to-order pieces
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order
• Share clear images/videos showing the issue
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items
• Subject to product availability
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
6. Return Shipping
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Tathal Clothing
• For any exceptional approved cases, customers may be required to bear shipping costs
